You can self-manage your subscriptions any time by first logging into your account here: Subscription Account Login and then following the menu of actions that you can take to edit addresses, manage subscriptions, adjust items in your subscriptions, or cancel your subscription.

Thank you for your patience! We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Standard shipping takes, on average, 3-8 business days. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please consult the tracking information that you received or reach out to our support team at hello@getsmoosh.com.

What is the return policy for Smoosh products? Toggle icon

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find that the Smoosh scrubber or soaps are not a fit for you, we provide an easy return process:

  1. Ship the scrubber back to the specified address provided by our customer service. You do not need to return the soaps; they may be donated or disposed of.
  2. Email us the tracking number and a list of the returned items. The return must be initiated within the specified date range after receiving the product.
  3. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
  4. A refund will be issued once the package is in the shipping carrier's possession or received and inspected by our team at Smoosh headquarters.

This policy ensures that even if our products do not meet your expectations, the return process is straightforward and hassle-free.
