Shipping & Delivery

Please note: Smoosh currently only ships to the US and US territories. 

Processing Time

All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. This applies to Express / Expedited orders as well, although we will do our best to ensure Express / Expedited orders are scheduled for shipment the business day after it is placed. Orders placed on Friday may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification from our store, sent from hello@getsmoosh.com. Please ensure that hello@getsmoosh.com is on your "safe inbox" list within your email inbox so that you receive our transaction-related emails. This email will contain your tracking information!

*If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your Spam or Promotions folders.

How long will my shipment take?

As a gentle reminder: Smoosh is a small business, we do not have our own shipping carrier arm (if we did we'd call it the Suds Trucks probably).

Once we hand your package over to the carrier chosen for your shipment, it is now in their hands, and we all have access to the same amount of tracking information. If you're ever nervous for any reason, don't hesitate to reach out. But please be understanding if we do not have additional detail beyond what is available in the tracking information.

Rest assured, we are motivated to make sure you get your order, and are very happy with your Smoosh experience.

EXPRESS / EXPEDITED

These have smaller windows, some as short as 2-day transit times (for FedEx or UPS 2-day service). Please note, the carriers do their best to meet these estimates, no shipping refund will be provided because of late deliveries.

Shipping FAQ

Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we cannot edit your order's selected shipping.

Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot update the listed shipping address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number for reference to inquire about making any changes that could impact a successful delivery.

What do I do if my order's shipping has been delayed?

Unfortunately, there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days and once shipped, provide a tracking confirmation email to the email address provided. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control how your order is handled or where it is sent before delivery.

What if my package is late?

We appreciate your patience. We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date. If your package still has not arrived by that time, please contact us and we would be happy to help investigate and reach out to our carriers when needed.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it. What now?

We ask that you please allow 3 additional business days past the "delivered" scan, as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us. *Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot be seen from the street. Please also check if someone, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.
