When will my Smoosh arrive?
We're fast! Orders typically ship within 24 hours and on average arrive 4 days later. You could be showering better and feeling cleaner in just 5 days.
What's inside each order? What am I getting?
We recommend building a Starter Kit where you can choose your scrubber, add a variety of soap to try, and grab any accessories to round out your experience.
Each soap pack comes with two 3oz bars.
When will I feel a difference?
You should immediately feel a difference in the shower. Don't forget to watch our getting-started tips and tricks (we'll email them to you as you await arrival). Consistent, daily use is essential for the best feeling skin.
How do you handle returns?
We want you to have the best experience with Smoosh. Returns rarely happen, but we do have a great policy in place. You can return your Body Smoosh within 30 days of your first order for a refund. For all refund requests, you will receive the full value of your order (less $5 return shipping).

Smoosh Body Scrubbers are designed to work with Smoosh Bar Soaps only. See, they require a special shape that both enables the embedded nature of the bars, and ALSO allows the bars to nest and stack on top of each other so that you never waste another sliver of soap again.
